Salary: £36,532 - £44,930 pa

We welcome applications from candidates working in any area of philosophy, including the history of philosophy. You will have or be about to complete a PhD in a relevant area and be able to provide evidence of outstanding research potential. The role includes teaching, supervision and examining on undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes, and candidates must demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching. The role also includes undertaking administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department and/or School.

This lectureship will be available from 1 September 2010.
